Our Story
G. Pace, a Bay Area Pastor and Marcie Bias, a local gospel singer- two friends who share a love for GOD and gospel music established Bethesda Records, March 28, 2019.
After receiving an invitation to audition in Dallas, Texas for BET’s Sunday’s Best and waiting two weeks only to learn she would not be on the show, Marcie and Pace discussed the possibility of owning their own record label. Pace, who has a brother that is well-known in the RAP genre of the music industry – was inspired after watching The Stellar Awards and witnessing the top artist that year owned an independent label. In a matter of days, Bethesda was born.

The name Bethesda is inspired by the biblical parable of the man by the pool of “Bethesda.” The name represents a place of action where Jesus goes beyond our limitations to offer refreshing, newness of life. Bethesda Records serves as a place of refuge, opening it’s doors to artist and musicians who are seeking a company that is just, resourceful, supportive and fair.

Meet Our Team
G. Pace
CEO
G. Pace, is the Co-Founder of the Gospel Record Label, Bethesda Records located in the Bay Area of Northern California. Pace - as he is affectionately known -was energized as a young boy by his love for Gospel Music. This discovery became apparent while he attended True Light Missionary Baptist Church (TLMBC) in Houston, Texas. Now he uses his love for God and gospel music to inspire and bless the masses through his church and music ministry, with the label he Co-Founded with Gospel Artist, Marcie.
Marcie Bias
CEO, Artist
Marcie is Co-Founder of Bethesda Records, as well as a contemporary gospel artist. As Marcie embarks on her journey as a gospel artist signed to Bethesda Records, her story is one of triumph over adversity, of music as ministry, and of a voice that echoes with the spirit of praise. From church stages to concert halls, Marcie Bias is more than a singer—she's a vessel of God's love, ready to uplift and inspire all who listen.

A. Ma
Social Media Coordinator
Ms. Ma was born and raised in Hong Kong. At the age of 18, she moved to the United States to attend school. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley. Ms. Ma joined the Bethesda family in July 2020 as their Social Media Executive. Not only does she provide support with social media and video editing.
J. Douglass
Artist, Manager
Jazmyne Douglass is a 2020 graduate from Modesto Junior College. She received her AA degrees in Behavioral Science and Human Services. She joined the Bethesda Records team in 2021. Jazmyne has always enjoyed art as a hobby from a young age, and now she brings her creative eye and energy to the Bethesda brand by creating artwork for the label's social media pages and content.
R. McElrath
Marketing Advisor
Ron - a retired Fortune 500 Company executive - brings his decades of experience in partnering with corporate Marketing and Sales organizations, to the Bethesda family and label. He is known for leading brands, and organizations through major transitions, and recently oversaw the new facility construction project for his church where he also serves as the Manager of Facility Operations .
Young Bling
Artist
Young Bling (Stephen McElrath) is a native Houstonian residing in the suburbs of Cypress Texas. He has always had a passion for the recording industry and recently moved from a behind-the-scenes member of the Bethesda team, to now being an artist on the label. Young Bling has had two collaborative recordings in the rap genre and has now released his solo debut - "My All.”
Tera Roberson
Creative Marketing Strategist
Tera Roberson is one of the newest members to the Bethesda team and brings over two decades of storytelling, marketing, and branding to her role with Bethesda. She's excited about working to help push the Bethesda brand and its artists forward with effective social media, marketing strategies and branding to help bring glory to God.
Kevin “Oipou” Winston
Media Manager
Kevin “Oipou” Winston has always been fascinated with music, and the music business. He spends most of his free time writing and recording music, making video games, managing media pages, and working out. Kevin is also very involved in the entertainment industry, participating in modeling, acting, vlogging, etc. He is very grateful to join Bethesda, and promises to be a great addition to the team.
A. Parham
Chief Inspiration Officer
Alfred Parham is the "voice of inspiration" for Bethesda. Affectionately called "Mr. Parham" he is most known for his "Spiritual Therapy of the Week" which offers staff members and followers alike words of inspiration to help them get through their week. Just a few minutes with Mr. Parham will leave you feeling blessed and better.
